Vince Delmonte No Nonsense Muscle Building Review

No Nonsense Muscle Building is a series of programs and exercises by Vince Delmonte on how ‘skinny guys’ can bulk up and add massive amounts of muscle to their body. It’s currently the #1 rated best selling muscle building program on the internet. He begins his program by saying how he used to be small and skinny, but bulked up to become a national champion fitness model; saying if he can do it, so could you!

He gets right to the point in what he is saying, and ensures the reader knows they will have to work very hard to bulk up on a serious level.

Some positive points about No Nonsense Muscle Building: When reading the program, you quickly realize that Vince isn’t just presenting a program that worked for him, which is what a lot of fitness programs are, but instead he’s an experienced personal trainer, giving you expert knowledge which he knows can work for many people. He provides some real focus for the beginner, particularly with his ’9 Growth principles’. He also gives a unique look at bodybuilding from the perspective of a fitness model. Vince understands that everyone faces different challenges, and he has experience helping people from all walks of life overcome specific challenges. This means that the 3 months personal training help via email is a particularly valuable bonus.

Finally, Vince has a personal understanding of the skinny, ectomorph type, making you feel more comfortable that you can achieve what he has.

Some negative points about No Nonsense Muscle Building: There isn’t a list of alternative exercises. While this shouldn’t be a problem for the trainer heading to a reasonably equipped gym, it can a problem for the home-based trainer. Vince is very straightforward with his approach, but at times it works against him, his ‘tell it like it is’ style is a little old fashioned, and many people reading it may be put off by it. The program also comes in an ebook, and in some places the ebook looks a little disorganized, although this is down to the fact that the program takes a unique approach to training. It can become a little too complex to explain easily. Also, Vince does well to cover a lot of ground within his program (gaining muscle, losing fat, muscular balance, flexibility, diet etc) but he could have elaborated a little more on some of the more important topics.
